Do you take custom orders?

Currently closed to custom orders due to receiving a high volume of orders, but under normal circumstances Pink Bird loves and encourages custom orders, for more information, please see here 

 

Will you personalise a patch which already exists in your shop?

Yes, depending on how extensive the alterations are an extra fee may be charged. 

 

I have not received my order

How long will my order take to ship?

All Pink Bird Originals are made to order, depending on how large your order is, the turnaround time is between 5 - 7 days.

 

How long are delivery times?

After dispatch: 

UK Order deliver in 2 - 4 days 

Overseas items deliver in between 10 - 21 days 

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If your order is being delivered to an addres outside of the UK you should make yourself familiar with potential customs charges before placing an order. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Pink Bird collects the following information, 

  • Name
  • Address 
  • Email

This information is collected for contact purposes only and we will not share your information with any third parties.

Reasons Pink Bird may contact you may include, promotional offers and information about your purchase.  

 

Returns/Cancellations Policy 

Any cancellations should be submitted within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

If you would like to cancel an order contact pinkbirdoriginals@gmail.com and quote your name, address, the product(s) you have ordered and the  invoice number.

We hope that you will be very happy with your item upon it's arrival, but in the event you wish to make a return your items will be refunded providing:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition and unused.
  • Buyers pay the return postage
  • For buyers from outside of the UK, buyers must mark the return package clearly on the outside of the package as a return, failure to do so will result in a customs charge that will be deducted from the buyers refund.
  • After the item is received a refund will be paid to the account that placed the order.

 

Personalised items or custom embroideries cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

 

We do not accept exchanges.
